REST-TVAM

REST-TVAM – Reinforcement Enablement Simulation Tool – Tool for Visualizing Alliance Mobility

REST-TVAM – Reinforcement Enablement Simulation Tool – Tool for Visualizing Alliance Mobility MVP, is part of the larger REST project. REST aims to act as a bridging solution between LOGFAS and its future replacement, ESS. Both REST MVP and Pathway’s Functional Demonstrator have as purpose to inform REST requirements.

While REST focuses on the needs of the JSEC, the Joint Support and Enablement Command, REST MVP is focused on the requirements of one of its divisions, J5 (operational planners) specifically and, to a lesser extent, J4 and AMCC. The project aims to demonstrate at Steadfast Foxtrot exercise in March 2025 the display and running of a MNDDP as well as simulate modifications of it (such as the CRD, forces position or size, RSN modifications or changes to other global movement-related parameters). Forces movement is to be simulated on a map supported by a second map showing mobility corridor occupancy in addition to a report with RSN assets infrastructure utilisation.
