Problem To Solve:
NOCMB solves several problems related to simplifying and organizing the gathering of intelligence. Users consist of Command and Intelligence Officers. Previously, the process has been confusing, disorganized, and siloed/ isolated, making it hard for users to simply discover what was available to them.
NOCMB allows users to organize requests (similar to a shopping list) of desired information, that would normally need to be requested from multiple organizations. It also allows the prioritization of those requests, and assigns users to follow up on specific items.
Overall, NOCMB’s intent is to improve the quality and user performance of the intelligence gathering process.
