And we’re off! This week the second cohort of Project Mercury @ NATO kicked off the jump start week in Brussels. The coming twelve weeks we will be training and enabling a true innovative mindset in 30 new attendees from diverse backgrounds and experiences, with a shared goal of personal and professional growth.
During the Jumpstart, teams will get to know each other, delineate the problem space they will tackle and start to work on developing their innovative capacity to create solutions. After, they will return to the digital world and will use and train their “innovation muscles” until it hurts, but our seasoned coaches know this is also a fun experience.
